GTT are long-standing members of the Property Care Association (formerly BWPDA), the Structural Waterproofing Group, Constructionline and also founder members of the Guarantee Protection Insurance Ltd. A 10 year guarantee is issued by us following remedial Timber Treatment and Chemical Damp-proofing works and, where eligible, a 10 year guarantee can also be issued on Structural Waterproofing works.

We are always happy to re-inspect properties under the terms of our Guarantee.
We do make a small administration charge initially but this is refunded immediately if works covered by the Guarantee are necessary. We can offer a full service, including specialist re plastering and joinery work. We undertake many large contracts for Local Authorities, Building Societies, Surveyors, Architects and Builders as well as giving personal, individual service to private clients.

When either moving house or staying put, discovering an infestation or uncovering rising damp can be very stressful. All of our staff are trained to put you at ease, and explain varying treatments in layman’s terms. You will find us capable enough to take over, arrange all the necessary appointments and get a Report and Estimate back to you as quickly as possible. During this period, our Office Staff and Surveyors are contactable at all times to answer any queries which may arise or just to give advice.
